We partnered with Food Connections to revitalize their brand and packaging, transforming a legacy brand into a market leader. The result is a bold new identity and packaging that stands out on the shelves and resonates with customers.
Our journey with Food Connections began with a complete rebranding of their identity. Formerly known as Quordon, the brand needed a fresh start while maintaining a connection to its roots. We crafted a new logo that is both bold and modern, featuring a dynamic white on yellow design that symbolises a sunrise—a new beginning. The wheat sheaf, a subtle nod to their heritage, was retained to honour their legacy. This balance of tradition and innovation laid the foundation for a brand that feels both familiar and refreshingly new. During the brand identity refresh we also looked at how the packaging could be updated to better attract consumers, stand out against competitors and incorporate the new brand identity…
The old packaging was outdated and didn’t maximise shelf impact. We introduced a sleek black theme with vibrant accents for each flavour, ensuring each product not only caught the eye but also conveyed quality and consistency. The new layout features a strategic window in the middle, allowing customers to connect visually with the product, while the logo and key information are prominently displayed. This design not only increased visibility but also established Food Connections as a recognisable and trusted name on the shelves across the UK.
Our design approach wasn’t just about aesthetics; it was about creating a system that works. The new packaging style is not only striking but also incredibly functional. We designed it to be flexible, allowing for the quick addition of new products with minimal effort. This efficiency has enabled Food Connections to respond rapidly to market demands, launching new products in record time. The simplicity and clarity of the design also ensure that print production is smooth, resulting in sharp, vibrant packaging that consistently meets the highest standards. The success of this redesign is reflected in Food Connections’ growing market presence and their continued expansion into new product lines including their new addition the Better For You range.
